		<description>Ok, now I understand.  Also, I think there are some good aspects to the venture capitalists having flown the coop; they seemed to inspire more greed in EDA than innovation.  Very few start-ups popped up that didn&#039;t fit the &quot;VC safe&quot; mold.  Without the VCs, there&#039;s no free rides, so now it&#039;s innovate or die!</description>
